AS7500 FEATURES

The AS7500 automatically controls boom section switches to minimize overspray of crops and pastures for greater efficiency in spraying applications. The RINEX AS7500 controller is designed to work with most existing spray rate controllers and GPS receivers and removes the guesswork required when switching boom sections ON or OFF.

TIMING DELAYS

The RINEX AutoSPRAY uses split second timimg across all boom section switches for precision control of the boom section switches.  Utilizing the GPS input the AutoSPRAY computes exactly when to toggle each section switch to minimize overlap on the ground regardless of the vehicle's speed.  In addition to this the AutoSPRAY can also be calibrated for individual machines to allow for plumbing and electro-mechanical timing delays.

OVERLAP CONTROL

The RINEX AutoSPRAY can be set so that it will have absolute minimum overlap.  However it can also be configured so that it is possible to have no overlap to prevent crop burn if required.  Furthermore it can be controlled so that the overlap can be set anywhere in between.

VEHICLE MODELLING

The RINEX AutoSPRAY uses advanced modelling techniques to ensure that the boom sections are switched off at the correct point.  This ensures that as the vehicle manouevres around obstacles or turning at headlands that the position and orientation of the boom is known exactly.  This is critical for pull-behind booms.
