COMPETITION TERMS & CONDITIONS

DATES OF PROMOTION: The “RINEX” Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”) begins at 12:00am Eastern Time (“ET”) on September 10, 2007 and ends at 11:59pm ET on April 30, 2008 (the “Sweepstakes Period”).

ELIGIBILITY: To enter the Sweepstakes you must be a farmer/agriculturalist who is a legal US resident of one of the 48 contiguous United States or the District of Columbia, and 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees and their immediate family members (parents, children, siblings or spouse, regardless of where they live; or persons living in same household, whether related or not) of Rinex (the “Sponsor”), its affiliated companies, subsidiaries, distributors, sales representatives, vendors, advertising and promotion agencies (the “Sweepstakes Entities”), and any others engaged in the development, production, execution or distribution of this Sweepstakes are not eligible to participate. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED.

HOW TO ENTER: In order to enter the Sweepstakes you must have a valid promotional code. You can obtain a valid promotional code by visiting a local participating dealer, direct mail, or magazine. After obtaining the promotional code, there are two (2) ways to enter:

1. Visit www.rinextech.com during the Sweepstakes Period and completely fill out and submit the online entry form in it’s entirety, including, Promotional Code, Full Name, Address, Phone, Age, and Email along with the Type of Vehicle and Flow Controller in order to receive one (1) entry into the Sweepstakes

You must complete the entire registration and configuration process in order to be automatically entered into the sweepstakes. If you abort the registration and configuration process before it is complete, or if you intentionally un-configure before the end of the Sweepstakes, you will not be eligible to win.

2. Visit a participating field day event (see “Event Chart” below) during the Sweepstakes Period and completely fill out and submit the entry form in it’s entirety, including, Promotional Code, Full Name, Address, Phone, Age, and Email along with the Type of Vehicle and Flow Controller in order to receive one (1) entry into the Sweepstakes.

Limit of one (1) entry per person for the entire length of the Sweepstakes. No mechanically or programmatically reproduced entries permitted. Sponsor will not verify receipt of entries for entrants.

A Grand Prize drawing will be held monthly as follows:

All non-winning eligible entries from previous drawings will carry over to the next drawing and will be considered eligible for subsequent drawings.

DRAWING/WINNING: All entry times are Eastern Time (ET). To be eligible for the first of four drawings to be held, complete and submit an entry form between 12:00 am on September 11, 2007 and 11:59 pm on January 31, 2008. On or about February 1, 2008 Sponsor will randomly select one Prize winner from among all eligible entries received. To be eligible for the second of four drawings to be held, complete and submit an entry form between 12:00 am on February 1, 2008 and 11:59 pm on February 29, 2008. On March 1, 2008 Sponsor will randomly select one Prize winner from among all eligible entries received. To be eligible for the third of four drawings to be held, complete and submit an entry form between 12:00 am on March 1, 2008 and 11:59 pm on March 31, 2008. On April 1, 2008 Sponsor will randomly select one Prize winner from among all eligible entries received. To be eligible for the fourth of four drawings to be held, complete and submit an entry form between 12:00 am on April 1, 2008 and 11:59 pm on April 30, 2008. On May 1, 2008 Sponsor will randomly select one Prize winner from among all eligible entries received. All non-winning eligible entries from previous drawings will carry over to the next drawing and will be considered eligible for subsequent drawings. All decisions are final. Four (4) Prizes will be awarded. Winner need not be present to win. Odds of winning will depend upon the total number of eligible entries received.

PRIZES: There will be four drawings held during the Sweepstakes Period in which one (1) Prize will be awarded per drawing. One (1) Prize of a AS7500 unit with an Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of $1,950.00 USD will be awarded. The total ARV of all Prizes to be awarded is $7,800.

The Winner is required to comply with any and all applicable federal, state and local laws, rules and regulations including, but not limited to licensing and insurance requirements. The value of the Prize is taxable as income. Prize Winner will be solely responsible for any applicable registration, license, title and insurance fees, all taxes (federal, state, local and/or income) and any expenses not listed herein related to the acceptance and use of the Prize. Prize is non-transferable and no cash redemption or substitution allowed, except at Sponsor’s sole discretion. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if prize becomes unavailable due to reasons beyond the control of the Sponsor.

NOTIFICATION/PRIZE CLAIMS: Winners will be notified and confirmed in writing. Except where prohibited, each prize winner will be required to sign and return, within ten (10) days of being notified, an Affidavit of Eligibility and Release of Liability and Public Release Form (collectively “Affidavit”) and W-9 form in order to claim prize. Sponsor is not responsible for notifications or Affidavits that are misdirected or not received. If prize notification or prize is returned as undeliverable or winner cannot be contacted within ten (10) days of the first attempt to contact him/her or if he/she fails to sign and return the Affidavit or driver’s license within the required time period, winner forfeits his or her rights to the prize and an alternative winner will be selected in a separate random drawing to include all eligible entries submitted during that same drawing period.

By participating in the Sweepstakes, winner consents to use of his/her name, likeness, biographical information, and voice in advertising worldwide without additional compensation (TN residents will not be required to sign a publicity release as a condition of winning a prize). By entering, winner agrees to comply with all Official Rules, as stated. Sponsor is not responsible if Sweepstakes cannot be implemented due to delays or interruptions caused by acts of God, acts of war, natural disasters, weather, utility outages or terrorism.

NO LIABILITY: By participating, entrants agree to release, discharge, indemnify and hold harmless the Sweepstakes Entities and each of their respective officers, directors, employees, representatives and agents from and against any claims made by winners, entrants, or any other third parties, related in any way to the operation of this Sweepstakes as well as any other claims, damages or liability due to any injuries, damages or losses to any person (including death) or property of any kind, rights of publicity or privacy, defamation or portrayal in a false light resulting in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from acceptance, possession, misuse or use of any prize or participation in any Sweepstakes-related activity or participation in this Sweepstakes.

SWEEPSTAKES CONDITIONS: This Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws. By participating, entrants and their participating entities agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor and waive any right to claim ambiguity in the Sweepstakes or these Official Rules. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, misdirected, undeliverable, illegible, or incomplete entries, whether due to system errors or failures, faulty transmissions or other telecommunications malfunctions, entries not received resulting from any hardware or software failures of any kind, lost or unavailable network connections, failed, incomplete or garbled computer or telephone transmissions, typographical or system errors and failures, faulty transmissions, technical malfunctions, or otherwise. Sponsor may prohibit an entrant from participating in the Sweepstakes or winning a prize if, in its sole discretion, it determines that said entrant is attempting to undermine the legitimate operation of the Sweepstakes by cheating, hacking, deception, or other unfair playing practices (including the use of automated quick entry programs) or intending to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other entrants, or Sponsor. If for any reason this Sweepstakes is not able to be conducted as planned, including, but not limited to, by reason of infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud or any other causes beyond the reasonable control of Sponsor which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of the promotion, then Sponsor reserves the right at its sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Sweepstakes and randomly draw from those entries received up to the cancellation/suspension date. CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT BY AN ENTRANT TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE THE WEBSITE OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE SWEEPSTAKES MAY BE IN VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS AND SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, SPONSORS RESERVE THE RIGHT TO SEEK REMEDIES AND DAMAGES (INCLUDING ATTORNEY’S FEES) FROM ANY SUCH ENTRANT TO THE FULLEST EXTENT OF THE LAW, INCLUDING CRIMINAL PROSECUTION.
