TERMS AND CONDITIONS

All orders are accepted on the understanding that the following terms and conditions of sale have been read and understood.

Freight:            Prices quoted are ex-warehouse, Los Angeles, CA.  All deliveries will be charged for, including transit insurance, unless otherwise stated.  All care is taken in handling deliveries.

Payment:        Unless specifically arranged all goods are delivered on a Cash before Delivery basis.

Delivery:         Delivery times are provided in good faith and are based upon current knowledge of stocks.  Rinex Technology shall endeavour to deliver on or before the estimated delivery date, however Rinex Technology is under no liability for any failure to deliver on the estimated delivery date.

Returns:          Product returns will not be accepted unless authorized by Rinex Technology in writing.  Product returns will attract a 20% restocking fee, and transportation at the buyer's cost.

Warranty:        All hardware equipment is covered by a limited 12 month warranty and is shown on the RINEX Warranty Statement.

Liability:          Rinex Technology has no liability to the buyer or any third party for any loss or damage of any kind whatsoever.  This includes without limitation to loss of profit and consequential loss caused by any act, negligent or otherwise, or omission by Rinex Technology its employees in any way related to the supply or non-supply, performance or non-performance of any product or service provided in this agreement.

Terms:             These terms may be changed, or added to without notice.  Special conditions will be shown separately with quotations and orders.
